Buffered Vinegar Powder

Weichuang buffered vinegar powder is a natural organic vinegar powder and anti-microbial produced via fermentation and spray drying. It is a clean-label product that is naturally derived from vinegar. 

Our vinegar powder can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, some molds and yeast, ensure that foods remain fresh and safe to eat. In many products, an appropriate amount of preservative product can provide consumers with a longer usage period without affecting quality. Weichuang buffered vinegar powder can be used in meat, poultry, processed cheese, salad dressings, sauces, dips, bakery and more.
